VIRGINIA: JCK Underground is excited to announce the appointment of Scott McHenry as a Chief Inspector based in Virginia. Scott has 23 years of experience in the construction industry working for both contractors and consultants providing civil, structural, and mechanical inspection; construction management; and as a safety professional, primarily in tunnels including pump station, underground utility, and underground structure installations. Scott has worked on a number of tunneling projects including First Street Tunnel, Washington DC, South Hartford Conveyance and Storage Tunnel, Hartford, CT, South Cobb Tunnel, Austell, GA, and a series of tunnel projects in Atlanta, GA including the West Area CSO, Chattahoochee, and Nancy Creek Tunnels.
Mr. McHenry will support JCK Underground as the Chief Tunnel Inspector on the Virginia Department of Transportation’s Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel project as part of the Engineering & Construction Support team.
