VERMONT: JCK Underground is excited to announce the appointment of Mr. Ian Donovan as a Senior Engineer based in Vermont. Mr. Donovan has an MS in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a BS in Geology from the University of Vermont. He has over 8 years of experience in geological and geotechnical engineering, focusing on the planning, design, and construction of underground projects in rock and soft ground, dams, bridges, and buildings. Mr. Donovan began his career in tunneling as a heading engineer on the I-70 Twin Tunnels project outside Denver, CO, and since that time has provided design and construction services to various tunnel and trenchless projects in North and South America and the Middle East.

Mr. Donovan will be supporting the MWRA’s Metropolitan Water Tunnel Program.
